Price Schedule and Registration:

If you want to register for the conference please do so now, but since the closing date has now passed, we cannot include dinner or accommodation. Payment should be preferentially by credit-card. For any questions please email, registration@cambridgeclimate.com

Corporate Attendance:

(This includes all registrands that are not academic faculty members)

Concessionary Attendance:

Academic Faculty Attendance:

£100

(Please remember to take your faculty ID with you to show on arrival)

Student Attendance:

£15 per day

(This does not include entry to the banquet dinner)

The fees indicated above cover the cost of attending the conference from Monday, the 22nd through Wednesday the 24th September 2008. Lunch and refreshments are included in the registration fee for the duration of the conference (on days of validity for student tickets).

Concessionary tickets will be given out to representatives of small companies who can make a case for support, as well as charities or public administration. Please email us at registration@cambridgeclimate.com if you are not certain whether you fall into this category.

Accommodation can no longer be booked online. Previously, we offered:

  • Emmanuel College: £40 + Vat per night (shared bathrooms, more info)
  • Gonville & Caius College: £75 + Vat per night (ensuite bathrooms, more info)

Note that accommodation in colleges can only be booked for the entire duration of the conference, with check-in on Sunday 21st September, and checkout on Wednesday 24th.

You are also welcome to organise your own accommodation. A directory of hotels in Cambridge has been provided for your convenience here, where you also find some information on the college accommodation indicated above.
